This is my blog about knitting, gardening, the adventures and joys of home ownership, and life in general.

I am a Physical Therapist living in western Washington state. I am blessed to live in one of the most beautiful areas that I’ve ever seen! I live in my home that I bought just over a year ago. My mom is currently living with me for winters, and returning to her home in the midwest in the summers, although planning to make the move here permanently sometime (soon?).

I like to spend my time knitting. I also like working in the flower and vegetable gardens in my yard, I was lucky enough that the previous owners of this home did a lot of landscaping, and now I only have to maintain it! I am blessed to have a beautiful older home – built in 1926! – with all the fun and adventures that come along with old houses (and home ownership in general)

I also like to hike, and am living in the best place for that! The Olympic peninsula is an amazing place!
